Security Deposit Information

In order to hold your reservation, a security deposit of £200 is required. The payment should be made by direct bank transfer to our UK bank account (details will be sent to you when you make the reservation). Once your deposit has been received, a confirmation will be sent to you and your reservation will be considered definite. The full amount for the visit is to be received 8 weeks prior to your arrival date. If there is less than 8 weeks the full amount together with the security deposit is payable on reservation.
The security deposit will be returned to you less the costs of any breakage or damage once the apartment has been inspected after your departure.
